Wolds GC - Members Area
Welcome to the Wolds Gliding Club members area. This secure area includes the online accounts system where you can access your flying account and flight details, the members discusssion forum, duty pilot & contact lists, events calendar and registration and much, much more. If you are a member or temporary member and have been given an account by the office you can register by following the link in the login box on the left. Please ensure that your account has been set up for at least 24hrs and that you use your new account reference on the registration form. Registrations are usually processed within 24 hours.
Once you have logged in the menus on both sides of the page will expand and show different options according to your access rights - for example the full set of menus for "Publishers" and "Editors" will include links to edit various areas of the site, "Competitors" will only have links to certain areas of the forum and "Evening visit organisers", "Events Admin", "Instructors" and "Bloggers" will have access to their own administration links.

This complete site can be edited and administered through a web browser and is done so by club members. If you would like to get involved in any way in helping us to administer the site then please do not hesitate to contact any of the committee members. You can find out who they are by following the "Contacts" link on the left and then selecting "Committee" from the drop down box. Please note the site is new at 1/4/14 and it will take a while for all the contact lists to be populated as this is done automatically as members register.

Important - Logging out If you are using a computer in a public place then please remember to Log-out once you have finished - Your account information will be on show to the next user if you fail to do so!
If you have any events coming that you would like to see on the calendar then please click the "Submit event" link in the right hand menu, fill in the form and we'll get it posted on the calendar at the earliest opportunity.
Your contact details are automatically added to the contact list when you register . You can update your contact details through the link on the "Community" menu. These details are only available to other members who are registered to use the members area. Please note the site only went live on 1st April 2014 so it will take a while for the contact lists to be populated.
The online accounts system is secured and your account and flying information is only visible to yourself. If you are a keen flyer with lots of transactions on your account it will take a little while for the page to load so please be patient!
Please remember that your account should be kept in credit at all times. To make it easier you can now make payments to top up your account online using our secure server. To help avoid incorrect entries in the accounts system you should check that your flights have been entered correctly on the log sheets at the end of each days flying.
The accounts are normally updated in the office at the weekend and the online system is updated from that. You may find your last few transactions are up to a week behind. There will be interuptions to the system in the early hours of the morning when the system is updated. If you find any incorrect entries in your account or with your flights then please contact the office/ treasurerand not the site administrator.
